Plastic displays can be manufactured using injection molding, vacuum forming, CNC router cutting, laser cutting and die cutting. The method is determined according to the approved design, order quantity, target cost and delivery time.
Plastic display prices vary according to the mold used, order quantity, labor costs and dimensions. As order quantity increases, the fixed mold cost has less impact on the unit price.
